What is your shipping policy?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note, USPS does not deliver on Sunday or select U.S. holidays—those days are not included when estimating delivery time. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or major U.S. holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Domestic orders are required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees for returns.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International or DHL Express. Please note, USPS does not deliver on Sunday or select holidays—those days are not included when estimating delivery time. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or major U.S. holidays will be shipped the following business day.

International orders are required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees for returns.

• USPS First Class Mail International estimated delivery time is between 8-20 business days.*

• DHL Express estimated delivery time is between 1-3 business days.

International Customs Policy

Maven Artistry is not responsible for additional customs charges. Any import taxes or fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. In the unlikely event of a product defect or quality concern issue, please return the item within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a refund or exchange. After 30 days, the product is non-refundable. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Most items purchased may be returned for a refund within the first 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns received after 30 days may be refused or subject to restocking fees.

  • Returned merchandise must be un-used and in the original packaging.

Will you refund shipping charges?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Are training fees refundable?

Training fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another course within the same calendar year or to an individual deemed qualified to attend.

When can I expect my refund?

Returns are typically processed within 3 business days upon receipt of returned items. Refunds are expected 5-7 business days after processing. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
